As an IT Support Technician, you will be the go-to person for all IT-related issues within our organization. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, maintaining our IT infrastructure, and providing timely technical support to both staff and clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and resolve IT issues related to computers, software, and hardware.
- Set up and configure new IT equipment, including computers and peripheral devices.
- Maintain and update IT inventory and documentation.
- Assist in managing and maintaining our network and server infrastructure.

Requirements:
